hiko DIGITAL PUBLISHING PLATFORM 2018 OVERVIEW Hiko is a digital writing and publishing platform developed for Victoria University of Wellington. Hiko was produced out of a need to allow students to create individual and collaborative texts that were interactive, co-creative and media-rich, without requiring specialist coding skills.
